Luminary Cloud Third-Party Processors and Sub-Processors and Affiliates

To deliver services, Luminary Cloud, Inc. (“Luminary”) and its Affiliates may use third-party data processors (“Third-Party Processors”) and Luminary Affiliates to process Customer Data (including Customer Personal Data and Confidential Information). Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the Luminary Cloud Terms of Service or the written agreement between you and Luminary, as applicable (the “Agreement”). Luminary undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of Third-Party Processors that will or may have access to or process Customer Data.

Notice of changes:

You may elect to receive written advance notice of changes to our list of Third-Party Processors and Luminary Affiliates via email (“Change Notifications”) by sending a subscription request to privacy@luminarycloud.com, optionally including an email address to receive such Change Notifications (“Recipient Address”). Absent an identified Recipient Address, a subscriber’s sending email address will be considered the Recipient Address. If any other agreement requires written notice of changes to Third-Party Processors and Luminary Affiliates, Luminary will subscribe the email address for legal notices or, if no such email address for legal notices is identified, the signatory email address in such agreement. If no such Recipient Address is identified, then commercially reasonable efforts will be made to subscribe as Recipient Address any of Luminary’s primary points of contact with Customer or any email address provided by Customer for the purpose of providing it with Service-related communications or alerts.
