Additional Contract Notes

1. Prior Order Forms: Account may only have one active subscription and Order Form. If any other Order Form exists for this Account, this Evaluation Order Form does not replace it and shall not be effective.

2. Luminary Credit Discount: No Luminary Credit Discount is applicable to On-Demand Subscriptions.

3. Evaluation Term: Service shall be provided under an Evaluation Term which expires in 90 days from first acceptance of this Order Form.

4. Additions to Balance: Luminary may add promotional funds to Account balance during the Evaluation Term at Luminary’s sole discretion.
